The Educational Foundation of Ohio Health Care Association (EFOHCA) is the educational arm of the Ohio Health Care Association, the Ohio Centers for Assisted Living and the Ohio Centers for Development Disabilities. EFOHCA was created to provide quality educational materials and training opportunities to the estimated 100,000 long-term care professionals in Ohio.
