Camp Akita is located just 45 miles southeast of Columbus, Akita can provide food and lodging to accommodate groups ranging in size from 1 to 200. Corporate group retreats or meetings, church retreats, school field trips, as well as personal retreating are all welcome and easily accommodated in our facilities. Akita’s 1200 acres, nestled in the heart of the Hocking Hills, feature 15 miles of marked hiking trails, anature sanctuary, a ropes challenge course, a basketball court, and a 7-acre lake for fishing, swimming, and canoeing.
