Website Development Process

FREE Consultation

Our process starts with a FREE, in-depth consultation, either over the phone or in person. During this meeting, we will discuss your goals, challenges, competition, and the role you would like Robintek to play in your project.

Project Outline & Billing

We will provide you with a detailed project outline, including a la carte options along with line items for all changes and improvements discussed. All of our work is billed at an hourly rate, in quarter-hour increments. You will be provided with detailed work logs and a net 30 invoice at the end of each month. We require a deposit only on projects that exceed a certain threshold.

Project Completion & Launch

After our team has worked through any remaining updates and performed a final QA check, we will prep the development site for launch. Once this is done, your new website will be ready to debut!

Before or after launch, we will schedule a virtual training session where our team members will go over all the aspects of your new site with you. We will provide instruction on updating your site content, navigational menus, and more.

When the project has been completed and the invoice is paid, you will own the product of our work. Robintek will assist in implementation and training and can serve as consultants in any capacity you desire.
